1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the DevignSol website and when you buy services from DevignSol ("we," "us"). If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the proposal or agreement wins for that project.
2. Our services
We provide website design and development, SEO, Local SEO, AI search optimization, landing page design, conversion rate optimization and website care for local service businesses. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your work are set out in your proposal.
We don't manage paid advertising campaigns for clients. We're happy to work alongside whoever runs your ads.
3. Billing and cancellation
Ongoing services, such as SEO, Local SEO and website care, are billed monthly. There's no long-term contract: you can stop at the end of any billing month by simply not renewing, and we don't charge a cancellation fee.
Website and other one-time projects are quoted separately, with payment terms written into the proposal.
4. Who owns the website
You own the website we build for you, including its content and your domain name, whether or not you keep working with us.
5. Hosting and third-party costs
Hosting isn't included in our services. You can use your own hosting, or we can set it up for you for an extra fee. Other third-party costs, such as domain renewals, premium plugins or call tracking numbers, are listed in your proposal.
6. No guaranteed rankings
Google, other search engines and AI tools decide rankings and recommendations, and they change how they work without notice. We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and reporting honestly on the results, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls or revenue.
7. What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, services and service area.
- Timely access to your website, Google Business Profile and other accounts we need to do the work.
- Feedback and approvals within a reasonable time, so projects can keep moving.
- Confirmation that you have the rights to any logos, photos and text you give us to use.
8. Using this website
The articles, guides and other content on this website are for general information, not professional advice for your specific business. Please don't copy our content for commercial use without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DevignSol isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute can't be settled by talking it through, it will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
